Sew A Dressing Gown With Lucy - Saturday 1st November
Sew A Dressing Gown With Lucy - Saturday 1st November
Join us on this day workshop, hosted by Lucy of Sew Cumbria, and learn to sew your own Dressing Gown.
Keep cosy this winter and sew your very own Dressing Gown, or why not make one as a Christmas gift? Either way by the end of this workshop you will be leaving with a luxurious dressing gown!
Choose between sewing two lengths; long and snuggly that hits mid-calf or how about an above knee one that is perfect to pack away and take with you on your holidays!
Whilst a simple pattern, this workshop gives you the option for learning to handle those tricky slippery fabrics like silks and satins! Or if you're new to dressmaking, a great foundation to start your sewing journey!
Size range for the Dressing Gown are as follows;
Size 0 - 20 (Bust 31" - 46", Waist 24" - 39" and Hips 33" - 48")
or
Size 14 - 32 (Waist 42" - 60", Waist 35" - 53" and Hips 45" - 63")
Upon booking, please confirm which pattern size bracket you will require. The size 0-20 is drafted as standard sizing, where as the size 14 - 32 is drafted for a curvy figure.
You do need to have some sewing machine experience for this course, though not necessarily dressmaking!
